Returns & Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Our returns policy offers customers 30 days.  

Purchases beyond the allotted 30 days are unfortunately not applicable for a refund or exchange. 


Eligibility

Products must match the eligibility criteria for returns & refunds. 

  • All returns & refunds will require the original receipt as proof of purchase. 
  • Items must be unused and in the condition that they were received. 
  • Items must have their original packaging. 
  • In case of an exchange, items must be returned before a replacement item is dispatched. 
  • Used, damaged and spoilt items are not eligible for refunds & returns. 
  • Returns delivered after 30 days of purchase will not be eligible for processing. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once our team has received your item, we will send you a confirmation email and notify you through the chosen messenger service.  We will use the same details to inform you about the status of your refund request. 


Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 working days, and refunds will be made through the original payment method (credit card, cash). 

After receiving the order, if the customer demands a refund, the customer will first send the received order back to us; after that, we will refund, but shipping money will not be refundable because we delivered the correct order.

If the customer informs us early to cancel the order before shipping and wants a refund, we will cancel the customer order. And, we will refund completely (purchased & shipping money).

Moreover, in the same situation, the customer has informed us early to cancel the order, but mistakenly we sent the order to the customer then it will be considered our mistake, so this case we will also refund completely (purchased & shipping money)



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In case you have not received your refund, kindly confirm with your back first. In case you have paid byDebit Card, bank processing times can cause delays over weekends. 


It may take up to 5 days for your credit card company to process the refund. In case it doesn't show on your statement, contact your credit card company to confirm the refund shows in the payment pipeline. 


In case you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, 

Kindly contact us immediately through our  Contact Us Section or Live Messenger service. 


Exchanges (if applicable)

Items are eligible for replacement if they were received defective, damaged, or with bad printing. In case you received a spoilt or damaged item an ish to exchange it, send us an email now at  support@lelexshop.com

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable when making returns. 
  • When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping is deducted from the payment. 
  • Depending on your location, it may take a while for your item to arrive back in our warehouse.
